PAD PRINTING INKS

DICPL offers solvent based inks specially formulated for printing of vinyl surfaces, plastic surfaces, sheets, pipes, toys with a semigloss finish. This ink is widely used for stenciling and stamping on varied substrates which are difficult to print by standard printing processes. We provide customized inks depending on material of the substrates and which are suitable for wide range of applications.

PVC INKS

PVC Inks are available in both Gloss and Matt finish and are formulated for printing on all types of paper, soft and rigid PVC and acrylic. Inks provide high scratch resistance and good print finish. Inks are suitable for manual screen printing as well as for semiautomatic and automatic screen printing machines.

SPECIALTY PRE-PRINTED BARCODE SOLUTIONS

Our stickers and barcode division is engaged in providing Barcode Solutions to Automobile Industry. Our barcodes are durable and can sustain High Temperatures and have excellent resistance to various chemicals and solvents.

DRY OFFSET INKS – ROTOVYN SERIES

Rotovyn series is specially formulated for rotary printing on all types of PVC Surfaces, Sheets, Pipes, and Cables etc. with a semi-gloss finish. Rotovyn Inks are solvent based inks. Drying time can be customized based on the machine speed / feed rate or screw speed in case of pipes and cables.

CIJ PRINTING INKS

We are shortly coming up with Industrial Inkjet Inks (CIJ) and all types of related consumables for non-contact industrial Inkjet printers which are used for printing of manufacturing date, expiry date, batch number and pricing on products.

ADDITIVES AND REDUCERS

DICPL supply all types of additives and reducers suitable for ink thinning and cleaning purposes. A wide range of reducers is manufactured by us to cater industry / application specific requirements.
